Prepare with a training series specifically designed for RAMROD. This year's training series includes 15 rides running from April 8th thru July 22nd.
Welcome to the Ramrod Training Series! Whether you're training for RAMROD or another endurance cycling goal, you'll find a well-thought out training series assembled on proegressively harder routes to push your fitness as you proceed through the spring and early summer. You do not have to have a RAMROD registration to take part in RTS - we encourage everyone to take advantage of these rides and this series. With routes from Snohomish to Enumclaw, you'll find enjoyable route selection and scenery on every ride.
All riders are welcome, but note, this ride does not regroup nor does it have a sweep. The routes are designed for the experienced rider who is comfortable following cue sheets and riding independently. We stress safe and cooperative riding.
Weather – The decision to ride or cancel will be made from the starting location. Ride leaders will always be at the start of the ride. If the ride is officially canceled, the route will still be available for those hearty souls that wish to train in any condition. Also, routes may be altered or shortened due to weather conditions.
The routes will be available on RidewithGPS.com approximately one week before each ride. To Search for the ride “Enter starting city”, “starts within 5 Miles” and Keywords "RTS 2023" to find routes.
NOTE: We will no longer be providing Cue Sheets at the start of the ride. Cue Sheets will only be available via the RTS Facebook group. If you desire a paper cue sheet on the ride you must bring your own copy.
Ride leaders for this series are: Per Sunde, Shana Sunde, David Hose, Jim Vecht, and David Glickerman.
