COVID-19 2021 Announcement:

Here we go! Time to kickoff the 17th year of the Ramrod Training Series. For those of you that are new to RTS - Welcome! For all of those that are returning we are glad to have you back for another year.

This years Covid modified/restricted version of RTS is going to have a completely different look and feel from the previous 16 years. Each week I will post 2 routes (A & 😎 for you to choose from. You pick the route each week and the date and time to ride it. For those of you that want to ride both routes each week. Go for it. You can find each RTS Solo ride on the RTS Facebook Page or by searching "RTS Solo" at RideWithGPS.com.

As for Rest Stops it will be up to you to decide on where to stop. I usually put stops in the 20-25 mile range. Since it's very hit an miss on what parks, and/or business are open or ones that will let you inside. I suggest you look the route over ahead of time and have several potential places to stops in mind.

For the new people, the series is setup with the first three rides designed to build a cycling base. Ride 4 is where the %grade increases, climbs get longer and my name may come up from time to time. More on the name thing later.

One last very important item. Please follow the current state Covid guidelines when on course.
